Tumas Gaming is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong eye for detail and a genuine interest in accounting to become part of a dynamic team within one of Malta’s established gaming groups.

The Role
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will play an important role within our Finance team, ensuring that the company’s outgoing payments are processed accurately and on time, while maintaining reliable financial records and strong financial controls.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the accounts payable process and supplier payments.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Performing account reconciliations and assisting with month-end activities.
- Supporting the management of accruals, prepayments and fixed assets.
- Supporting internal controls, audits and financial reporting requirements.
- Working closely with internal teams and suppliers to resolve financial queries.
- Contributing to finance projects and process improvements.
Honesty and integrity are fundamental to this role, as you will be part of a Finance team that plays an important role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the Group’s financial information.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Highly organised, methodical and detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
- Reliable and able to manage deadlines and changing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experienced in a similar role, with Accounts Payable experience considered a strong asset.
