&lt;p&gt;The Food &amp;amp; Beverage Server is responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to guests, in line with company standards. The role contributes to ensuring a positive guest experience while maintaining compliance with food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Main Duties &amp;amp; Responsibilities&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Greet and serve guests in a professional and courteous manner at all times.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Present menus, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages according to established service standards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the service period and respond appropriately to requests or concerns.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Escalate complaints or service issues to the Supervisor or Manager when required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Set up, maintain, and clear tables and service areas before, during, and after service.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure correct handling and storage of equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Report any hazards, accidents, or incidents immediately to management.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work cooperatively with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain professional conduct, appearance, and punctuality at all times.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Uphold company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Carry out any other duties related to the role as reasonably assigned by management.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;Knowledge, Skills &amp;amp; Qualifications&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Basic education with on-the-job training provided.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Food Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain one.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous experience in a food and beverage service role is desirable but not essential.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good communication and customer service skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work effectively as part of a team.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Order taking and cash handling.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays, in line with operational needs.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good command of the English language; knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.&lt;/li&gt;

F&B Server (Waiter/Waitress)

&lt;p&gt;The Cocktail Bartender is responsible for preparing, mixing, and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and service standards. The role ensures a high standard of guest service, cleanliness, and accurate stock and cash control.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Main Duties &amp;amp; Responsabilities&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare bar areas and workstations prior to service, ensuring proper setup and cleanliness.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Inform guests of daily specials, promotions, and featured beverages.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Take beverage orders accurately and enter them promptly into the point-of-sale (POS) system.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages strictly in accordance with approved recipes and standards.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Serve beverages directly at the bar and, where required, prepare drinks for table service.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Prepare and present itemised bills to guests.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Handle payments accurately, including cash and electronic transactions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure all stock consumed is correctly recorded and accounted for.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Arrange bottles, glassware, and bar displays in a functional and visually appealing manner.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Assist with receiving, handling, restocking, and replenishment of bar stock and supplies.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Transfer empty bottles, waste, and stock to designated storage or disposal areas.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly to the Manager on Duty.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all bars and service areas, including counters, equipment, sinks, storage, and work surfaces.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Knowledge, Experience &amp;amp; Qualifications&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum of one (1) year experience in a bartending or cocktail bartender role.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good command of the English language.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Sound knowledge of standard drink and cocktail recipes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good understanding of spirits, wines, beers, glassware, garnishes, and bar presentation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Working knowledge of bar equipment and POS systems.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong cash-handling skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Knowledge or formal training in mixology is considered an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ability to work standing for extended periods.&lt;/li&gt;
