We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Product Design Team, helping bring the Shireburn brand and marketing campaign ideas to life.
This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a wide range of creative work across digital, print, web, events and social media. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams especially marketing, turning briefs and concepts into engaging, polished designs that strengthen our brand and communicate clearly.
The role is ideal for a versatile designer who enjoys variety, moves confidently from concept to delivery and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
What you’ll do
- Create engaging designs and digital ads for marketing and lead generation campaigns, for LinkedIn, Google, Meta and other social media or online channels.
- Design website pages, landing pages and visual improvements in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Produce sales presentations, brochures, case studies and other business collateral.
- Design event materials, signage, merchandise and print-ready artwork.
- Create, maintain and evolve our brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Create visual concepts, illustrations, graphics and templates that can be used across the business.
- Support photography, video production and basic editing where required.
- Prepare artwork for production and coordinate with printers and creative suppliers.
- Creating simple animations or motion assets for digital use.
- Manage multiple design projects while delivering high-quality work on time.
- Ensure all creative output is visually consistent, accurate and aligned with our brand.
What we’re looking for
- A strong portfolio demonstrating excellent digital and print design work.
- At least three years of professional graphic design experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and InDesign.
- Experience using Figma for web design, layouts and collaborative projects.
- A strong understanding of typography, composition, colour and visual hierarchy.
- Experience preparing artwork for both digital use and professional printing.
- The ability to interpret a brief, develop creative concepts and take work through to final delivery.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- The confidence to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Photography, video editing, motion graphics or animation skills would be an advantage.
