Delivery & Warehouse Personnel

&lt;p&gt;Oxford House, synonymous with the import and retail of home appliances, kitchens, home furniture, bedding and office solutions, is seeking to recruit the services of a Sales Consultant for its home appliances division.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Sales Consultant is responsible for the consultancy and retail journey, exhibiting to the clients an offering, that meets and exceeds their expectations and exigencies.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Welcome and engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Understand customer requirements and exigencies through active listening and by posing relevant questions.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Provide guidance and recommendations based on customers’ preferences and budget requirements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Present accurate, detailed and attractive quotations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Negotiate and close sales transactions, efficiently and accurately, aiming to achieve and exceed revenue targets.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Be actively involved in the upkeep of the showroom, following up on stock levels, while ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritised upon.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Address clarifications required professionally, ensuring the response time is within standards established.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Seek post quotation diligent feedback that allows for improved closure rates.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Remain abreast with the ever-evolving industry trends, while garnering a high level of product knowledge.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Fluency in both Maltese and English languages.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum of an Ordinary Level, standard of education.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft applications and Shireburn software are considered an asset.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Effective communication and interpersonal skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.&lt;/li&gt;
