&lt;p&gt;An opportunity has arisen within our Maintenance department for a Painter to join our team at the Radisson Blu Resort &amp;amp; Spa, Golden Sands.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Painter will be responsible for keeping the hotel’s facilities interior and exterior looking in excellent condition at all times.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintains hotel grounds regarding wet trades up to hotel’s standard.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Reports any faulty or dangerous equipment to the chief engineer and to the seniors in his absence.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Keep up with the wet trades program issued by the chief engineer.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Works in a safe manner and maintains cleanliness and order in the hotel’s power plant areas.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintains rooms in optimal operating condition by performing repairs as needed.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;To give a helping hand to other members of the department when the need arises.&lt;/li&gt;

Painter

&lt;p&gt;We are looking for a reliable, motivated and detail-oriented &lt;strong&gt;Pool Service Technician&lt;/strong&gt; to join our team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining swimming pools and hot tubs, ensuring they remain clean, safe, chemically balanced and fully operational. This role requires someone who takes pride in their work, has good problem-solving skills and can work independently while delivering excellent customer service.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Pool &amp;amp; Spa Maintenance:&lt;/strong&gt; Skim debris, vacuum pool floors, brush pool walls and clean skimmer and pump baskets.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Water Chemistry:&lt;/strong&gt; Test and monitor water quality, analyse chemical levels and accurately balance chlorine, pH, alkalinity and other water treatments to ensure safe and clear water.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Equipment Inspection:&lt;/strong&gt; Inspect pumps, filters, heaters and automatic pool cleaners to ensure they are functioning correctly. Identify and report any maintenance or repair requirements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;System Servicing:&lt;/strong&gt; Carry out routine filter backwashing, cartridge cleaning and general pool equipment maintenance.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Customer Service:&lt;/strong&gt; Maintain friendly and professional communication with clients, answer basic questions and complete service reports after each visit.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Inventory &amp;amp; Organisation:&lt;/strong&gt; Monitor stock levels of chemicals, tools, and maintenance supplies, ensuring all necessary materials are available.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Daily Scheduling:&lt;/strong&gt; Follow assigned service routes and schedules, ensuring all jobs are completed efficiently and on time.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Requirements &amp;amp; Qualifications&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Experience:&lt;/strong&gt; Previous experience in pool maintenance, spa servicing, or a similar outdoor maintenance role is preferred. However, we are happy to train the right candidate.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Technical Skills:&lt;/strong&gt; Basic understanding of pool maintenance, water chemistry and equipment operation is an advantage.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Time Management:&lt;/strong&gt; Good organisational skills and the ability to manage daily tasks and schedules effectively.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Problem-Solving:&lt;/strong&gt; Ability to identify basic maintenance issues and take appropriate action.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Work Ethic:&lt;/strong&gt; Reliable, punctual, self-motivated and able to work independently.&lt;/li&gt;

Pool Service Technician

&lt;p&gt;We are seeking a Part time Animator to join our dynamic team at the Radisson Blu Golden Sands Resort &amp;amp; Spa.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As part of the animation team, your role will be to facilitate and take part in the in-house animation activities at the Resort with the aim of providing memorable moments to our guests.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;If you have an outgoing personality, love sports and fitness, as well as being a creative individual, confident in delivering a high level of service to our guests, we would like to meet you!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In this role you will be requested to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. Having a minimum of 1 year experience within a similar position, preferably within a hotel/resort environment would be considered as an asset. Moreover, fluency in English is a must for this role.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;We are seeking a Security Officer to join our security team at our Resort.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The selected candidate will be responsible for the safety and security of the hotel and its guests. This will involve regular patrols, checking of keys, handling of valuable items, monitoring the hotel security system, first aid and other security related matters.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Working on a shift basis, including night shifts you will need to be disciplined, having good communication and decision-making skills. A good command of the English language, both spoken and written, is needed. One will need to be able to handle sensitive situations in a tactful manner. A Security Guard license is required. Experience in a similar position, knowledge of firefighting and first aid would be considered an asset&lt;/p&gt;
