About This Job

  • Work closely with the front-end team to develop APIs and support application maintenance.
  • Maintain high standards of code quality.
  • Follow established coding guidelines and practices.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner to clarify technical requirements.
  • Support team development by sharing knowledge, offering guidance, and assisting the Team Lead.
  • Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code reliability.
  • Maintain and improve existing features on an ongoing basis.
  • Keep up with new technologies and industry trends.
  • Raise team-related issues to the Team Lead when necessary.
  • Help estimate the effort required for product backlog items.
  • Work towards meeting KPIs and deadlines.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to pull requests.
  • Share best practices and encourage collaboration within the team.

Requirements

  • 3 years of proven experience building user-facing web applications. In addition to experience a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or a related field) would be an advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture and its practical application.
  • Solid understanding of the full web development process, from design to deployment.
  • Strong team player with good problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage time effectively and stay focused under pressure.
  • Able to estimate work effort and identify possible challenges that may affect delivery.
  • Experience using Git or similar version control systems.
  • Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.

Good to have

  • Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Node.js, and Vue 3.
  • Familiarity with UX principles.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of message queuing systems like Azure Service Bus.

Good to have

  • BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field
