Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer requests, resolve minor complaints, and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and back-of-house support areas
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup, restocking, and basic inventory checks
- Process payments and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions; be flexible to support varied tasks during peak periods
Skills and Qualifications
- Elementary proficiency in English; ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and guests
- No prior experience required; hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills; polite, patient, and guest-focused
- Basic numeracy and comfort using POS systems and handling transactions
- Ability to work reliably in a hybrid schedule with flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and carry trays or items safely
- Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and take direction
- Attention to detail, punctuality, and a professional appearance
