&lt;p&gt;Portomaso Casino is looking for an experienced and charismatic &lt;strong&gt;VIP Host&lt;/strong&gt; to join our Casino Team.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with VIP players and international guests, delivering exceptional personalised service and identifying opportunities to grow our VIP player portfolio and business.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;Key Responsibilities&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players and international guests.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Deliver a consistently high level of personalised customer service.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Develop and grow a portfolio of VIP clients and identify new business opportunities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Work closely with the Casino Team and other departments to enhance the VIP player experience.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market opportunities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Maintain up-to-date knowledge of gaming legislation and regulatory requirements.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Report on VIP player activity and business performance.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures and applicable regulations.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support and coach team members where required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;h2&gt;What We&#039;re Looking For&lt;/h2&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Minimum &lt;strong&gt;5 years&#039; experience in a casino environment&lt;/strong&gt;, preferably in a customer-facing or relationship-building role.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Previous supervisory experience.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A confident, charismatic and professional approach.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good knowledge of casino gaming and gaming legislation.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Excellent &lt;strong&gt;English and Italian&lt;/strong&gt; communication skills; Maltese is an advantage.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Good computer literacy, including Word, Excel and email.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Flexible, well-organised and able to work under pressure.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Smart, well-groomed and professional appearance.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Willingness to travel when required.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;A qualification in &lt;strong&gt;Marketing, Business, Hospitality or a related field&lt;/strong&gt; is considered an advantage.&lt;/li&gt;
